Description :

We are seeking a skilled Senior RPA Developer/Lead with experience in IBM RPA Automation/Automation Anywhere/UI Path.

IBM RPA will be preferable.

The candidate should have a strong background in developing and implementing RPA solutions on at least one of the above-mentioned platforms and should be passionate about exploring new RPA platforms to drive innovation and efficiency within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA Automation/Automation Anywhere/UI Path.

- Engage in requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and solutioning for new automation opportunities.

- Prepare proof of concepts (POCs), solution demos, and automation workflows to support presales activities.

- Present RPA solutions, architectural approaches, and value propositions to customers during presales discussions.

- Interact directly with customers to understand their business needs, respond to technical queries, and support proposal creation.

- Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives.

- Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organisations automation capabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with the Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.

- Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans.

- Provide training and support to stakeholders (Internal & External) on RPA tools and best practices.

- Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/ escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.

- Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA Automation/Automation Anywhere/UI Path.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.

- Proficiency in IBM RPA Automation or Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360) or UI Path development.

- Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure and experience with Agentic ai frameworks, tools and systems.

- Familiarity with LLMs and AI/ ML tech stacks.
