We're looking for a Senior / Tech Lead level Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Optimizely SaaS CMS (Mandatory) and solid experience across the full stack.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will architect and deliver next-gen digital experiences across web & commerce platforms using the full Optimizely suite CMS, Commerce, CDP, and DAM.

This is a senior role involving leadership, architecture decision-making, and complex full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize scalable applications using Optimizely CMS/Commerce & Next.js.

- Build modern front-end experiences with SSR/SSG.

- Integrate & optimize Optimizely CDP for personalization.

- Work with Optimizely DAM for asset workflows.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

- Lead code reviews, mentor juniors, and maintain architectural integrity.

- Write clean, testable code with strong documentation.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years Full Stack Development.

- 3+ years Optimizely CMS / Commerce (must have).

- Expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript.

- Strong background in .NET / C#, ASP.NET MVC, APIs.

- Working knowledge of CDP, DAM, cloud (Azure), CI/CD.

- Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility & responsive design.

- Experience in headless / hybrid CMS setups is a plus.

Nice to Have :

- Optimizely Developer Certifications.

- JAMstack / Headless CMS experience.

- GraphQL knowledge.

- Experience in eCommerce or personalization-heavy environments.
