About the Role :

This is a high-impact role for a professional with deep expertise in embedded firmware development, advanced C++ concepts, real-time operating systems, and industrial domain protocols.

As a technical leader, you will own the end-to-end development lifecycle - from architecture design and planning, to implementation, integration, and deployment. You will also mentor junior engineers, champion best practices, and ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement system architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.

- Work extensively on Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS to enable efficient and reliable system operations.

- Develop and optimize low-level UI design and communication protocols for industrial applications.

- Drive the integration of Ethernet/IP, socket programming, BLE, and NFC into embedded systems.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for embedded software delivery and testing.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies in embedded systems, industrial automation, and HMI frameworks, and bring innovation to the team.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).

- Proven background in Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and industrial domain protocols.

- Strong understanding of communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, BLE, NFC, socket programming).

Additional Skills to Evaluate :

- CMake build system.

- FreeRTOS development.

- CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems.

- Software design patterns in embedded environments.
