Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and NetSuite to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable backend solutions, leading technical teams, collaborating with global stakeholders, and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with US-based teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web and enterprise applications using JavaScript and Node.js.

- Architect and develop high-performance backend services, APIs, and microservices.

- Drive technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for application development initiatives.

- Lead end-to-end software development activities from requirements gathering to production deployment.

- Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, third-party applications, and NetSuite platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.

- Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Mentor and guide developers through technical challenges and career development.

- Design and optimize database interactions and data processing workflows.

- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

- Implement automated testing strategies and support quality assurance initiatives.

- Manage production support activities and address critical application incidents.

- Work closely with global teams and participate in client-facing technical discussions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack.

- Support continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevOps initiatives.

- Ensure successful project delivery while meeting quality and timeline expectations.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong expertise in JavaScript development.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js.

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with enterprise application integration and system interoperability.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite development, customization, administration, or integrations.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of cloud-based application development and deployment.

- Experience with Git and version control best practices.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with message queues and event streaming platforms.

- Knowledge of enterprise ERP integrations and business process automation.

- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

- Understanding of security best practices and secure software development.

- Experience working with US-based clients and distributed delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
