About the Opportunity :
We are looking for an exceptional Senior / Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (LLMs) to design and deploy AI-driven solutions at scale.

What Youll Do :
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing models across diverse business use cases.
- Architect and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions leveraging LLMs (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini) for domain-specific tasks.
- Build, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models for text summarization, question answering, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
- Perform feature engineering, model training, and hyperparameter optimization for predictive analytics and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to operationalize models using MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
- Develop and automate ETL and data processing pipelines in Python, R, or Spark for large-scale datasets.
- Apply statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and causal inference to derive actionable insights.
- Implement data visualization and storytelling dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly.
- Work with cloud AI services (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI) for scalable model deployment and experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, analysts, and product teams to define and prioritize AI-driven opportunities.
- Document model development, experimentation, and validation for reproducibility and compliance.
What You Bring :
- 2 to 12 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Research with hands-on production experience.
- Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) or R for model development and analytics.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures, and prompt engineering for Generative AI applications.
- Hands-on experience in NLP, text analytics, and semantic modeling.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining.
- Practical experience with Spark or other distributed data processing frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI environments Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related technical discipline.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and knowledge graph embeddings.
- Research exposure to multi-modal AI, vision-language models, or reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with data governance, AI ethics, and responsible AI practices.
- Hands-on experience building end-to-end GenAI prototypes integrated into business workflows or chat-based interfaces.
- Published work or participation in AI/ML research conferences or open-source projects.
