Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- LIMS Configuration and Development : Customize and configure LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory requirements.

- Develop and maintain LIMS workflows, templates, and reports.

- System Integration : Integrate LIMS with other laboratory instruments and enterprise systems.

- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

- User Support and Training : Provide technical support to LIMS users.

- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.

- Project Management : Manage LIMS implementation and upgrade projects.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans to ensure the LIMS functions as expected.

- Address any issues or bugs promptly.

- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the LIMS complies with relevant regulatory standards (e., 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, GLP).

DESIRED SKILLS :

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in LabWare LIMS configuration and scripting, including LIMS


- Basic, Lot Manager, Folder Manager, Visual Workflows, Event Triggers, and Automation Scripts.

- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and other database management systems.

- Experience with Java, Unix scripting, and Crystal Reports is a plus.

- Experience : 4-6 years of experience in LIMS implementation, and development.

- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

CERTIFICATION :

- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with laboratory processes and regulatory requirements.

- Certifications : LabWare LIMS Administration and ELN certification
