Senior Java/SQL Engineer Fullstack & Code Modernization

Overview :

Looking for a strong Java/SQL engineer to help modernize legacy systems, refactor backend components, and support fullstack code conversion initiatives. Youll work on transforming monolithic codebases into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Refactor and upgrade legacy Java backend systems

- Collaborate on modernization and migration strategies

- Contribute to frontend/backend tasks as needed

- Write optimized SQL queries and database procedures

- Support production readiness of revamped modules

Requirements :

- 6+ years of Java and SQL experience

- Background in code migration and platform modernization

- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)

- Strong understanding of software architecture and DB tuning

Job Type & Work Hours :

- Employment Type : Full-time | Permanent

- Location : Remote (India-based)

- Working Days : Monday to Friday

- Work Hours : 4 to 6 hours of overlap with EST timezone
