Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Java Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, building impactful technology, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based full-stack applications

- Build and manage microservices-based architectures

- Develop scalable, secure, and high-availability systems on AWS

- React.js is a must.

- Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows

- Work with containerized applications using Kubernetes

- Implement service mesh solutions for traffic management and security

- Enable observability using logging, monitoring, and tracing tools

- Design and integrate event-driven architectures using event streaming platforms

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions

- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best engineering practices

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development

- Strong expertise in Java Full-Stack Development

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture

- Solid understanding of DevOps principles and tools

- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services

Experience with one or more of the following :

- Kubernetes

- Service Mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd)

- Observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)

- Event Streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, AWS Kinesis)

- Experience working in agile and collaborative environments

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
