About the Role :

Divergent Software Labs is looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable enterprise applications while integrating modern AI technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.

- Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Develop responsive, high-performance frontends using React.js or Angular.

- Integrate AI capabilities using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Build and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

Required Skills :

- 6-10 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Java 11/17+

2. Spring Boot

3. Spring MVC

4. Spring Security

5. Hibernate/JPA

- Frontend experience with :

1. React.js or Angular

2. TypeScript

3. HTML5

4. CSS3

5. JavaScript

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs.

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred AI Skills :

- Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).

- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.

- Experience developing AI Chatbots or AI Agents.

- Prompt Engineering and AI workflow orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or product development is an added advantage.
