We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join a reputed Indian financial organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern Java and front-end technologies. This role involves working on both greenfield (from-scratch) development and enhancement of existing enterprise applications to meet evolving business requirements.

The candidate should be capable of writing clean, efficient, and reusable code, applying object-oriented principles and design patterns, and working across the full software development lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with system architecture and development standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, along with strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend components.

- Participate in greenfield application development, including scratch development of web applications.

- Apply object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and best coding practices.

- Prepare and review technical documentation such as HLDs, LLDs, sequence diagrams, and process flow diagrams.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and information security testing, ensuring timely closure of findings.

- Support deployment activities and ensure smooth releases using CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure deliverables comply with system architecture, security standards, and development guidelines.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and business partners to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Experience & Technical Skills :

- 4+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on development expertise.

- 4 to 6 years (preferably 5+) of experience in Core/Advanced Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.

- Experience with Spring Security, Hibernate, and Reactive Programming.

- Working knowledge of SQL and database query optimization.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, JSLint, etc.

- Proven experience working in Agile development environments.

- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.

- Familiarity with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Fortify, Git, Jenkins.
