Job Title : Senior Java Developer

Education : BE/BTech/MCA/MTech

Experience : 4+ years as a Java Developer

Work Mode : Work from Office (5 days + alternate Saturdays)

Job Description :

- Develop enterprise, web, and mobile applications or modules.

- Perform unit and integration testing.

- Participate in client calls to share development progress and clarify queries.

- Prepare high-level and low-level application/component documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in design, coding, code walkthroughs, peer reviews, unit testing, system testing, UAT, demos, POCs, installations, and software maintenance.

- Ensure the preparation of Software Prototypes, System Architecture, Software Design Documents.

- User interfaces following UX guidelines.

- Code files adhering to coding guidelines and review artifacts.

- Test plans, test cases, and technical documentation.

- Installation, deployment, and release documents.

- Document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, and code.

- Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines and effort.

- Design system specifications, standards, and programming requirements.

- Write and execute test cases, perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshoot issues.

- Conduct log analysis and database query optimization.

- Enhance operations through system analysis and process improvements.

- Stay updated on development tools, programming techniques, and industry trends.

- Maintain information confidentiality and handle service issues efficiently.

- Develop software solutions by studying user needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.

- Ensure adherence to quality processes.

Desired Profile :

- Strong programming skills and proficiency in Java, J2EE, and the Struts framework.

- Sound knowledge of database concepts and query writing.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services.

- Experience with core collections, JSP/Servlets, and JDBC.

- Proven experience in coding, unit testing, and system testing.

- Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to quality delivery.

- Knowledge of modern software development trends, such as OOPs, multi-tier development, component architecture, and web-based software.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
