Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling high-performance backend systems. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage asynchronous data pipelines using Kafka to facilitate real-time data processing and system integration across distributed platforms.

- Optimize existing backend services to improve latency and throughput, directly enhancing the end-user experience during peak traffic periods.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that software solutions align with long-term business objectives and scalability goals.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement automated testing frameworks to maintain high standards of code quality and system stability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot, with a deep understanding of multi-threading and memory management.

- Proven ability to design event-driven architectures using Kafka, ensuring reliable message delivery and system decoupling in complex environments.

- Strong proficiency in database design and optimization, with the ability to manage both relational and NoSQL data stores effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative, hybrid-work environment in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with a track record of delivering high-impact software solutions in fast-paced, agile settings.
