Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on coding expertise in Java, Spring Boot and Microservices. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable backend applications and RESTful services.

This role requires strong problem-solving and debugging skills, along with the ability to write clean, maintainable and production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build scalable services using Microservices architecture.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs/Web Services.

- Work with Spring MVC, Spring JPA and related Spring frameworks.

- Integrate applications with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle.

- Write clean, reusable and maintainable production-quality code.

- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Participate in code reviews, testing and technical discussions.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product and other engineering teams.

- Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Tech Stack :

- Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST APIs, Spring JPA/Hibernate, SQL, Git

Good to Have :

- OAuth2, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps exposure, Cloud application deployment experience

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.

Important :

Candidates should be currently based in Bangalore, be comfortable attending a face-to-face interview, and have strong hands-on coding skills as the selection process includes a technical/coding assessment.
