We are looking for experienced Java Backend Developers to join our team for a large - scale banking and financial services project.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support high-traffic enterprise applications.

- Optimize backend performance and database queries to ensure low-latency responses for complex user requests.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust system designs.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in clean code and design patterns.

- Lead the migration of legacy components into modern, containerized microservices to improve system agility and deployment speed.
