Experience :

- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in application support or similar positions (Mandatory)

- A solid comprehension of application architectures and databases is essential, with a preference for PostgreSQL expertise.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in Linux, Java, MQ, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail are necessary.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively.

Knowledge :

- A thorough understanding of operating systems like Linux and its command line interfaces and software applications is crucial for effectively troubleshooting and maintaining applications.
