Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Core HR functionalities.

- Develop and optimize Fast Formula for payroll, absence management, and benefits modules.

- Drive adoption of Oracle HCM Redwood UI features and VBCS extensions for enhanced user experience.

- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.

- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and ensure integration with third-party applications.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and solution designs.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the HCM team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Core HR configuration and Fast Formula development.

- Preferred: Experience with Oracle HCM Redwood UI or VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).

- Proficiency in related modules such as Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation.

- Experience with Oracle HCM tools like HCM Extract, HDL, BI Publisher, and Workflow.
