Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Sr. IT Engineer Oracle HCM Talent & Compensation with expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, database technologies, and cloud platforms. The role involves delivering robust HCM integration solutions, managing development lifecycles, and ensuring seamless HR technology operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and support Oracle HCM integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and OIC.

- Work on Oracle HCM Cloud modules, their integration points, and approval workflows.

- Manage incident handling, server administration, and disaster recovery processes.

- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions on OCI / Oracle Integration Cloud.

- Create and optimize OTBI and BI reports to meet business requirements.

- Implement security frameworks, data loaders, and HCM approval workflows.

- Collaborate in Agile development environments using GitHub, Jira, and related tools.
