- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

- Create UML diagrams and technical design artifacts.

- Define integration architecture and best practices.

Development & Engineering:

- Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.

- Build APIs and integration workflows & automation workflows.

- Implement event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and secure development practices.

DevOps & Deployment:

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Manage source code using Git.

- Support automated deployments across environments.

Agile Delivery:

- Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.

- Contribute to effort estimation and sprint commitments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Production Support:

- Support L1/L2 teams in incident resolution.

- Provide L3 support and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

- Ensure SLA adherence and system stability.

- Drive continuous improvements in performance and reliability.

Documentation:

- Prepare technical documents and release notes.

- Maintain runbooks and operational guides.

- Perform knowledge transfer to support teams.
