Key Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site and remote support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Troubleshoot OS, network, and application-level issues on Windows 10/11 and macOS systems.
- Install, configure, and update software as per approved software list.
- Maintain system inventory and ensure compliance with IT asset policies.
- Assist with device onboarding, user provisioning, and Microsoft Intune enrollment.
- Manage and report endpoint health, patch updates, and antivirus (Sophos XDR) compliance.
- Support IT security initiatives DLP enforcement, MFA, password policy compliance, and device control.
- Coordinate with vendors or the central IT team for escalations and specialized issues.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and IT procedures in SharePoint or the IT documentation system.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 4 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
- Strong understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and remote management tools.
- Experience with endpoint protection tools (Sophos, Checkpoint, or similar).
- Knowledge of DLP, data security, and patch management best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications :
- CompTIA A+ / Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-100/MD-101).
- Experience working with global or hybrid teams.
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools (Jira, Freshservice, or similar).
