Senior Implementation Consultant

Location : Others/Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience : 3-8 Years

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the implementation of our software solutions for clients, from initial planning to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Configure and customize our software to meet client-specific needs.

- Develop and deliver training programs for client users.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure client success.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Document implementation processes and best practices.

- Identify opportunities to improve our implementation methodology and processes.

- Mentor and guide junior implementation consultants.

- Contribute to the development of pre-sales demos and presentations.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

- 3-8 years of experience in software implementation consulting.

- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.

- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).

- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
