Senior Identity & Access Management (SailPoint) Engineer.

Industry : IT Services & Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting and implementation for enterprise clients.

We deliver secure, scalable identity lifecycle and access governance solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

We are hiring an experienced SailPoint IAM specialist to join a delivery team working on large-scale, mission-critical IAM programs.

This is an on-site role in India and requires deep hands-on expertise in SailPoint implementations, integrations, and operations.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions, including provisioning, reconciliation, and access certification workflows.

- Develop and customise SailPoint components using Java and Beanshell to implement complex reconciliation, connector logic, and business rules.

- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise directories, HR systems, and SaaS applications using LDAP/Active Directory, REST APIs, SAML, and SCIM connectors.

- Drive deployment activities : environment provisioning, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and automation of release processes with CI/CD tooling.

- Create and maintain technical artefactsdesign docs, runbooks, test plans, and production support proceduresto ensure operational readiness and auditability.

- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex incidents, and drive IAM best practices and governance across projects.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of delivering enterprise SailPoint implementations and migrations.

- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning experience for SailPoint in production environments.

- Experience working on-site with enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
