Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Analyst with strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting identity governance solutions, ensuring secure access management, compliance, and governance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt.

- Configure and manage Saviynt workflows, connectors, email templates, campaign templates, analytics, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.

- Support identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification processes.

- Develop and customize IAM solutions using Core Java and SQL.

- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, and authentication systems.

- Configure and support authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.

- Perform access reviews, compliance reporting, and governance-related activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues while ensuring platform stability and security.

- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to implement access governance controls.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and identity governance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA/IDM).

- Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

- Strong experience in :

1. Saviynt Workflows

2. Saviynt Connectors

3. Email Templates

4. Campaign Templates

5. Analytics

6. Segregation of Duties (SoD) Rules

- Good understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and best practices.

- Strong proficiency in Core Java and SQL (MySQL).

- Experience with authentication and federation protocols :

1. OAuth

2. OpenID Connect

3. SAML

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Saviynt L100 and/or L200 Certification.

- Experience with SAP and Azure integrations.

- Knowledge of Windows and Linux Administration.
