Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design, develop, and scale our global virtual infrastructure. This role focuses on delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for on-prem datacenters (VMWare, OpenShift) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the hosting platformfrom automating server provisioning to ensuring the security and observability of large-scale data processing environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Architect and maintain automation pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD to deliver seamless, version-controlled infrastructure.

- Hybrid Platform Management : Lead the deployment and optimization of Kubernetes and OpenShift Virtualization across on-prem and cloud environments.

- Data Infrastructure Support : Orchestrate complex data pipelines and analytics environments leveraging Airflow (PySpark), BigQuery, and Dataproc.

- CI/CD & Development : Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Tekton and GitHub Actions. Develop RESTful APIs and automation scripts in Python, Node.js, and Shell.

- Security & Quality Governance : Implement proactive security measures using tools like Checkmarx, Sonarqube, and 42Crunch. Ensure all code meets strict quality and compliance standards.

- Global Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams across the globe to support deployments in remote locations, providing expert-level technical documentation and L3 support.

- Continuous Improvement : Research and integrate emerging technologies (Node.js, MongoDB, Cloud SQL) to enhance platform performance and reduce operational overhead.

Technical Qualifications :

- Linux Mastery : 5+ years of expert knowledge in RHEL, Ubuntu, and SUSE.

- Cloud & Containers : 3+ years in Cloud PaaS/IaaS (GCP preferred) and 2+ years in container technologies (Docker/Podman).

- Orchestration : Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and ArgoCD.

- Databases : Proficiency in managing Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and MongoDB.

- Automation : Advanced use of Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell.
