Senior Guidewire QA Specialist

Description :

We are hiring a Senior Guidewire QA Specialist to lead testing efforts for Guidewire applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Guidewire testing, insurance domain knowledge, and test automation.

Location : Bangalore

Work Model : Hybrid

Experience : 7- 10 years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test strategies for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).

- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

- Identify, log, and track defects to closure.

- Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.

- Support automation testing initiatives and frameworks.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in testing Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).

- Knowledge of insurance domain (P&C insurance preferred).

- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).

- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or similar).

- Good understanding of API testing and tools like Postman/REST clients.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Guidewire certification is a plus.

- Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
