Role Overview :

As a Senior GRC Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and customization of GRC solutions based on ServiceNow, OnSpring, and Aravo platforms.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design technical solutions, and provide expert guidance on GRC best practices.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Your contributions will directly impact our clients' ability to effectively manage risk, comply with regulations, and improve their overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow GRC, OnSpring, and Aravo modules for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific business needs.

- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of GRC projects.

- Design and develop technical solutions, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations, to automate GRC processes.

- Provide expert guidance on GRC best practices and industry standards to clients, helping them improve their risk management capabilities.

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of GRC solutions.

- Develop and deliver training to clients on the use of GRC platforms and solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GRC implementations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest GRC trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to implement and configure ServiceNow GRC, OnSpring, or Aravo platforms to meet specific business requirements.

- Proven expertise in designing and developing technical solutions, including workflows, business rules, and integrations, within GRC platforms.

- Strong understanding of GRC principles, frameworks, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, COBIT).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

- Adaptability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams across multiple locations.
