We're seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad and contribute to a leading Tier 1 multinational corporation. Key Responsibilities :

- Genesys Cloud Expertise : Design, configure, deploy, and manage the Genesys Cloud platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- AI Integration : Lead the implementation and integration of AI-driven capabilities, including Copilot and other intelligent assistants, AI summarization, and Agent Assist features.

- Workflow Automation : Develop and optimize interactive voice response (IVR) and other automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and the overall customer journey.

- Third-Party Integrations : Integrate Genesys Cloud with various third-party applications to expand functionality and meet evolving business requirements.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure seamless operations.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud, with a strong focus on configuration, deployment, and performance optimization.

- Proven expertise in AI-driven technologies, including Copilot, AI summarization, and Agent Assist.

- Solid background in IVR design and workflow automation.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective solutions.

- Experience in integrating third-party applications to enhance platform capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
