Senior Generative AI Lead - Python

Description :

We're looking for a Strong Python Programmer + Machine Learning Lead with hands-on experience in Agentic AI Frameworks (Certification or project exposure preferred). This is a senior technical leadership role where you'll combine the depth of a software engineer, the creativity of a data scientist, and the architectural mindset to build scalable ML and GenAI applications. You'll design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Mistral, Llama, Hugging Face, Vector DBs, and other advanced frameworks.

Responsibilities :

- Model Development and Optimization : Build and optimize GenAI models across supervised, unsupervised, DL, and RL paradigms.

- End-to-End ML Lifecycle : Own development, deployment, and monitoring of ML systems in production.

- Software Architecture : Design modular, testable, and maintainable ML pipelines, APIs, and services.

- Data Engineering : Create robust data pipelines for feature engineering and versioning.

- Performance and Scalability : Ensure reliability and scalability of deployed ML systems.

- Collaboration and Mentorship : Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

- Research and Innovation : Experiment with the latest ML and MLOps tools to enhance capability.

Requirements :

- Education : Master's in CS, ML, Data Science, or related field.

- Experience : 10+ years in ML Engineering or Software Engineering with ML focus.

- Programming : Strong in Python (clean, production-grade code). Exposure to Java/Go/C++ a plus.

- Frameworks : PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG.

- ML Expertise : Strong understanding of algorithms, feature engineering, model tuning & evaluation.

- Data : Experience with SQL/NoSQL, data warehousing, and large-scale data processing.

- Soft Skills : Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and clear communication.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's or Ph. D. in a relevant field.

- Contributions to open-source / personal ML projects.

- Familiarity with A/B testing, data governance, and security in ML.
