About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced Generative AI solutions. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), contributing to the full lifecycle of our AI productsfrom research and prototyping to production deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & Development : Architect and build robust, scalable Generative AI applications and systems, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Model Expertise : Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs using state-of-the-art techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and Instruction Tuning.

- Deployment & Operations : Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes to ensure scalability and reliability.

- CI/CD : Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless integration and delivery of AI solutions.

- Prompt Engineering : Develop and refine advanced prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks to maximize model performance and output quality.

- Data & Infrastructure : Work with vector databases and indexing pipelines to enable efficient semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI solution development.

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Proficiency in Python and its core libraries for machine learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including their architecture and applications.

- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD Pipelines for machine learning models.

- Deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, Instruction Tuning).

- Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation of model outputs.

- Experience with vector databases and indexing pipelines for semantic search.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-native patterns and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with other deep learning libraries like JAX.

- Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools.
