We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI / GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will bring clarity to complex engineering environments and play a key role in designing, building, and scaling AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

- Work on GenAI architectures including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agents, evaluations, and data pipelines

- Bring structure and clarity to complex engineering challenges and systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows

- Guide and mentor team members, sharing best practices and knowledge

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or related roles

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, including RAG, agents, and evaluation frameworks

- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning 7+ years of experience working with Generative AI in service-oriented environments

- 8+ years of overall experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
