Senior Generative AI Engineer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and applications to solve business problems.

- Work with LLMs (Large Language Models), transformers, and deep learning architectures to create intelligent systems.

- Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.

- Integrate Gen AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows using Python and cloud services (AWS / Azure).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Design) to identify and implement AI opportunities.

- Evaluate model performance, optimize algorithms, and ensure responsible AI deployment aligned with ethical and compliance standards.

- Research and prototype new applications of generative models (e.g., text generation, summarization, image synthesis, conversational AI).

- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, Gen AI frameworks, and MLOps tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI development.

- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, Bedrock, etc.)

- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for model deployment and data pipelines.

- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and MLOps principles.

- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and embedding-based retrieval systems (RAG).
