Description :

We are looking for a Senior Functional Lead for SAP S/4HANA Controlling to play a key role in a greenfield implementation. This individual will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and delivery of the controlling solution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the Controlling module and a proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex projects. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep functional expertise and the ability to drive project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design and Architecture : Define and own the overall solution architecture for the Controlling (CO) module in a new SAP S/4HANA landscape. This includes designing the organizational structure, master data, and business processes for areas such as Product Costing , Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Margin Analysis (Profitability Analysis) & Project Controlling.

- Business Process Transformation : Lead business workshops to understand current processes and identify opportunities for re-engineering and optimization, leveraging SAP S/4HANA best practices and the SAP Activate methodology. Guide stakeholders on the "to-be" business processes and their impact.

- Functional Leadership : Lead the Controlling workstream, including a team of functional consultants. Drive the design, configuration, and testing activities for the CO module, ensuring the solution meets business requirements and project goals.

- Integration and Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with other solution architects and functional teams (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration across all modules. Define and manage integration points to guarantee a cohesive and end-to-end solution.

- Testing and Training : Develop test scripts and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training to core business users and prepare training materials to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption.

- Go-Live and Post-Go-Live Support : Act as the primary point of contact for the controlling workstream during go-live and provide expert support during the hyper-care period.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in SAP CO, with significant hands-on experience in the Controlling module.

- Proven experience as a Functional Lead on at least 2 to 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting functionalities includes designing the organizational structure, master data, and business processes for areas such as Product Costing , Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Margin Analysis (Profitability Analysis) & Project Controlling.

- Strong understanding of integration points between CO and other key modules such as FI, Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).

- Expertise in designing and configuring complex controlling processes.

- Ability to work effectively with other functional teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end business processes

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team and engage with business stakeholders at all levels.
