Senior Functional Consultant - SAP GTS Module

Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP GTS Functional Consultant to manage and support the SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) module. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in global trade compliance, customs management, and SAP GTS configuration. This role focuses on support, enhancements, and continuous improvement of existing GTS implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP GTS modules including:

- Compliance Management

- Customs Management

- Risk Management

- Trade Preference

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and internal policies.

- Work closely with SAP ECC/S4HANA teams for integration and data consistency.

- Document functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.

- Conduct user training and support UAT.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize trade processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP GTS configuration and support

- In-depth knowledge of global trade compliance, customs processes, and export/import regulations

- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration

- Familiarity with IDoc/ALE, RFCs, and BAPIs

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications :

- Minimum 7 years of SAP GTS experience

- SAP GTS certification (preferred)
