About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant Oracle SCM Fusion to join our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly in Inventory Management and Procurement, and will play a key role in end-to-end solution delivery, process design, configuration, and user enablement.

This role requires strong business acumen, excellent client-facing communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis to align Oracle Cloud functionality with business requirements.

- Configure and customize Oracle SCM applications to meet client needs.

- Prepare functional design documents (FDs) for customizations, reports, and integrations.

- Collaborate closely with technical and integration teams to develop, test, and deliver solutions.

- Create and maintain user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training documentation.

- Conduct user training sessions, functional testing, and UAT support.

- Manage data migration and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Provide postgo-live support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.

- Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive solution design and adoption.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 7+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM (Fusion).


- Proven experience in the following modules:


1. Inventory Management

2. Procurement

3. Order Management


- Strong functional understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration touchpoints.


- Practical knowledge of Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher).


- Familiarity with integration tools and approaches, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and web services.


- Experience with data migration, test planning, and issue management during project phases.


- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.


- Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :


- Oracle Certified Professional Cloud SCM certification.


- Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.


- Exposure to Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).


- Experience working with global implementations and multi-country rollouts.
