Senior Functional BI Analyst - Oracle Analytics Cloud

Description :

We are looking for a Senior Functional BI Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI reporting platforms, functional finance processes, and Oracle EBS integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain and develop BI reporting across financial domains using OAC/OBIA.

- Translate business and operational requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance Operations, Vendors, Internal Finance Teams) for activities such as MEC, audits, testing, and upgrades.

- Gather and analyze requirements from Finance teams and design new application changes.

- Manage application configurations, working with technical teams on feasibility, effort estimation, and scheduling.

- Conduct testing with finance users and third-party vendors; ensure all documentation (test plans, scripts) is prepared.

- Deliver high-quality solutions within scope, time, and budget constraints.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to BI reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Mandatory Expertise in :

- OBIA (Oracle Business Intelligence Applications).

- OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud).

- Minimum 5+ years experience working in Finance/BI environments with Oracle EBS and reporting tools.

- Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EBS/BI.

- Strong understanding of finance/accounting processes.

- Working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL (preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and optionally Power BI.

- Oracle certifications in ERP/BI/OAC or relevant hands-on experience.

- Project management training and formal accounting qualifications are a plus.

Note :

- This role is primarily focused on BI Reporting, not purely functional.

- Candidates without OBIA and OAC experience will not be considered.
