Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Lead Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across frontend and backend technologies, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and proven experience leading development teams in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

The candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable applications while driving engineering best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, implementation, enhancement, and bug-fixing of scalable full-stack solutions for iDeal and DM applications.

- Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.

- Design and implement microservices-based and event-driven architectures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and with high quality.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership to development teams.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and support their technical growth.

- Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies, CI/CD practices, cloud-native development, and DevOps culture.

- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and architectural challenges.

- Participate in solution design discussions and technology evaluations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
