Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies to build scalable, production-grade applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and delivering end-to-end systems, with strong ownership across architecture, development, quality, and deployment.

You will work on building data-driven web applications, scalable APIs, configurable platform capabilities, and AI-enabled features while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product engineering environment.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience delivering production-grade systems end-to-end.

- Strong system design and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently architect and deliver scalable solutions.

- Strong experience with React and Next.js for building responsive, data-driven web applications.

- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, with Fastify preferred for API development.

- Experience designing and optimizing data models and queries across relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL, along with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and tenant isolation.

- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including unit testing, integration testing, CI-driven development, and shift-left quality practices.

- Experience working with Git-based workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building metadata-driven platforms, workflow engines, rules engines, or highly configurable enterprise products.

Exposure to AI-enabled application capabilities such as :

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Embeddings

- Vector search

- Relevance evaluation

- Experience with browser-based 3D visualization technologies such as WebGL and Three.js, including performance optimization for large datasets, models, or point clouds.

- Understanding of offline-first architecture patterns and data synchronization strategies for web or mobile applications.

- Experience with cloud-native deployment, observability, monitoring, and operational best practices in Microsoft Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications including frontend UI, backend APIs, integrations, and database layers.

- Build reusable components, platform capabilities, and scalable application frameworks.

- Develop metadata-driven workflows, configurable forms, validation systems, and dynamic business logic.

- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Implement secure authentication, authorization, RBAC, tenant isolation, and structured logging practices.

- Contribute to testing strategies including unit testing, integration testing, contract testing, and CI/CD automation.

- Ensure production readiness through monitoring, observability, logging, and operational best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Contribute to AI-enabled platform capabilities such as embeddings, vector search, and document retrieval APIs.
