Senior Full Stack Engineer - Python/React.js/Node.js

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and developing a scalable, high-performance system that powers modern financial solutions. You will be a hands-on technical leader, responsible for both front-end and back-end excellence while ensuring the platform can handle the rigorous demands of the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Ownership : Take full ownership of delivering performant, scalable, and high-quality cloud-based software. You will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and seamless frontend experiences.

- Technical Leadership & Mentoring : Act as a mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring the team develops code that aligns with product requirements and industry best practices.

- Architectural Collaboration : Partner closely with the Senior Architect to evaluate technology choices and contribute to the strategic design of the product development roadmap.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards for security, maintainability, and performance.

- System Design : Implement scalable design patterns to ensure the system can handle growth and high-concurrency financial transactions.

Technical Requirements :

- Expert Coding Skills : Mastery of Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js.

- Cloud Infrastructure : Thorough knowledge of developing cloud-native software with hands-on experience in AWS services (including S3, IAM, and Lambda).

- Scalable Architecture : Deep understanding of message-based systems and distributed architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis.

- Database Mastery : Proficiency in working with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and Relational databases (SQL), including the use of ORMs for efficient data management.

- Frontend Excellence : A keen eye for user-responsive design and a commitment to building intuitive, high-performance interfaces in React.

- API Development : Extensive experience building and consuming robust, secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Proven track record in a Senior or Lead Engineering role, preferably within the Financial Services or Fintech sector.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.

- Communication : Ability to translate technical concepts into business value when collaborating with product stakeholders.

- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
