Senior Full Stack Engineer - Python/React.js

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Zenskar, where you will own product features end-to-end from backend systems to polished user interfaces.

This is a high-ownership, product-driven role where you will work closely with product, design, and customers to build intuitive workflows for enterprise users.

What Youll Do :

- Own and ship end-to-end product features from data models to frontend UI

- Build complex configuration UIs, workflow builders, and dashboards

- Develop and maintain backend APIs, services, and data models (Python)

- Build scalable, high-performance frontend applications (React / TypeScript)

- Design frontend architecture (component design, state management, performance optimization)

- Work on customer-facing APIs, SDKs, and embeddable workflows

- Debug and resolve production issues across the full stack

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer success teams

- Translate complex business workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences

- Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and system design

What Were Looking For :

Must-Have :

- 4+ years of hands-on full stack development experience

- Strong backend experience with Python (APIs, services, system design)

- Strong frontend experience with React (or similar frameworks)

- Experience building and owning end-to-end features (UI + backend + database)

- Solid understanding of web fundamentals (performance, browser behavior, accessibility)

- Strong problem-solving skills across frontend and backend systems

- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL, schema design, query optimization)

- Experience working in product-based companies or fast-paced startups

- Strong computer science fundamentals

Good to Have :

- Proficiency in TypeScript

- Experience with testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, unit testing)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

- Experience working on AI-enabled product features
