We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, high-performance products in the financial services space.
This is a hands-on role where you will own end-to-end development across backend and frontend, contribute to system design, and work closely with architects and product teams to deliver robust, production-grade systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and scale cloud-based applications using Node.js or Python (backend) and React + TypeScript (frontend)
- Design and work on distributed systems and message-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis)
- Collaborate on system design, architecture, and technology decisions
- Write clean, efficient code and review team deliverables
- Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices
Required Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong in Node.js or Python + React + TypeScript
- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ / Redis
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB (or other NoSQL DBs)
- Good understanding of scalable systems and APIs
Preferred :
- Experience in Fintech / Payments / POS / Retail products
- Background in product-based companies
- Mentoring or team guidance experience
Eligibility :
- B.Tech / Dual Degree (Tier-1 preferred)
- Candidates from top product companies may be considered from other institutes
