Senior Full Stack Engineer - Python/Node.js/React

Role : Software Engineer fullstack profile using NodeJS, Python, and React.

Mandatory Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Software Development using Python and NodeJS (backend) and React (frontend).

Tech Stack :

- Languages/Frameworks : Python, NodeJS, React, Typescript.

- Messaging Systems : Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis.

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable end-to-end features using Python and Node.js to enhance our platform's core functionality and user experience.

- Design and optimize complex database schemas in MongoDB and PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity, high availability, and efficient query performance.

- Build intuitive, high-fidelity user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript to provide a seamless and engaging experience for our end customers.

- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices to maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability across the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot critical production issues and implement long-term architectural improvements that reduce technical debt.

- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-impact delivery.

Requirements :

- Product Companies experience is mandatory.

- B.Tech or Dual degree from Tier 1 Engineering Institutes. Candidates from other institutions will be considered only if they have experience in top-tier product companies.

Work Model :

- Hybrid role (2 days WFO in Bangalore).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Fin-Tech, Payment, POS and Retail products.

- Experience in mentoring and coaching the team.
