About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our world-class team. You will play a crucial role in building our agentic process validation and data fidelity assurance platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield project and solve complex challenges at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and big data.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services and APIs.

- Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, and domain experts to deliver high-quality software.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in Go, Node.

- Architect and build systems that can handle large volumes of data from various sources.

- Take ownership of features from conception to deployment.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of our backend systems.

- Understand and address the limitations of systems and architecture to ensure reliability and performance.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

Requirements :

- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in writing maintainable code with AI.

- Strong proficiency in one or more of the following languages : Go, Node.js, Python.

- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience building and deploying scalable, distributed systems.

- Familiarity with database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL).

- A pragmatic approach to engineering, with a focus on delivering value and solving problems.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies (e.g., RAG).

- Familiarity with SAP systems and data structures.

- Experience with data-intensive applications and data pipelines.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Contributions to open-source projects
