About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our core product team.

In this role, you will lead the development of complex, high-performance features across our entire stackutilizing Node.js for robust backend services and React.js for intuitive, high-fidelity frontends.

As a senior member of the team, you will not only write high-quality code but also influence system architecture, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end features, ensuring seamless integration between frontend components and backend services.

- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and performant Node.js microservices and RESTful (or GraphQL) APIs.

- Build sophisticated, responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a high standard of UI/UX and state management (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand).

- Design and optimize database schemas for both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) systems to ensure data integrity and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions.

- Champion clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

- Ensure high test coverage using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

- Contribute to high-level architectural decisions, including service decomposition, caching strategies, and third-party integrations.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack, from browser rendering to database query optimization.

- Collaborate with DevOps to improve the automation of our delivery pipeline using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5 to 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

- Expert proficiency in Node.js (Express.js or NestJS) and a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

- Expert proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (Hooks, Functional Components, Context API).

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript across the entire stack is highly preferred.

- Solid experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

- Expert use of Git and experience with collaborative workflows (Gitflow, PR-based development).

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
