Description :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance cloud-based applications for our Financial Services platform.

This is a high-impact role where you will work across the stack, contribute to system design decisions, and mentor engineers while building robust, distributed systems.

What Youll Do :

Full Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js or Python

- Build high-quality, responsive frontend applications using React

- Deliver end-to-end features across the stack

System Design & Scalability :

- Architect and build distributed, event-driven systems

- Work with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis) for scalable data flow

- Ensure systems are highly performant, reliable, and fault-tolerant

Data & Backend Engineering :

- Work with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

- Design efficient data models and optimize for performance at scale

Code Quality & Engineering Excellence :

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

- Drive improvements in code quality, performance, and scalability

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Collaborate with Senior Architects on system design and technology decisions

- Mentor and guide junior engineers

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

What Were Looking For :

- 6+ years of experience in software development

- Strong backend expertise in Node.js or Python

- Hands-on frontend experience with React and TypeScript

- Strong experience building scalable, distributed systems

Must Have :

- Experience with message-based systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ / Redis)

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

- Experience in product-based companies

- Strong understanding of system design and backend architecture

Education (Mandatory) :

- B.Tech / Dual Degree from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, etc.)

- (Exceptional candidates from top product companies may be considered)

Good to Have :

- Experience in FinTech / Payments / POS / Retail systems

- Prior experience in mentoring or leading engineers

- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
