Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain production-grade frontends using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.

- Work with backend services written in Go and databases in Postgres.

- Collaborate closely with design and legal teams to ship end-to-end features.

- Take ownership of full features - from database schema design to React components.

- Deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture; experience building and evolving design systems.

- Strong proficiency with Go backend services and Postgres, including schema design, query optimisation, and migrations.

- Experience mentoring engineers and raising team-wide engineering quality.

- Sharp instinct for reducing user pain and improving speed and accessibility in high-stakes, real-world environments.

- Uphold high standards with extensive unit tests, linters and end-to-end tests in both frontend and backend.

- Proactively suggest and prototype new ideas to improve the product.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience working on production JavaScript/TypeScript codebases.

- Proven experience shipping complex UIs and building reusable React components.

- Familiarity with Go backend services and Postgres database design.

- Strong focus on reducing user pain and improving speed and accessibility.

- Bonus: Experience working with audio APIs and GraphQL.
