Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with expertise in modern frameworks like Next.js/React.js and backend technologies such as Python (FastAPI) or Node.js. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications, contributing to system architecture, and mentoring junior engineers. This role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for building robust, innovative, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development :

- Architect, design, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Next.js/React.js and backend services in either Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (Express/Nest.js).

- Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring high availability and performance.

System Design and Architecture :

- Contribute to critical architecture discussions, including database design (SQL/NoSQL), caching strategies, and deployment workflows.

- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, security, and compliance with privacy-first principles.

Collaboration and Mentorship :

- Work closely with DevOps, data engineering, and product teams to integrate real-time data pipelines and analytics.

- Guide and mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews to uphold best practices in software development.

- Stay current with emerging tools and frameworks, driving the adoption of modern engineering practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Frontend Proficiency :

- Advanced expertise in Next.js and React.js.

- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Redux/Context API, and React Hooks.

- Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).

Backend & DevOps :

- Strong experience with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (Express/Nest.js).

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the AdTech, MarTech, or Data Platforms industries.

- Exposure to message brokers like Kafka/RabbitMQ for real-time event streaming.

- Familiarity with Graph databases (Neo4j) or Big Data technologies.

- Contributions to open-source projects.
