Duties :

As Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work in small teams in a highly collaborative way, use the latest technologies and enjoy seeing the direct impact from your work.

Our highly skilled system architects and development managers configure software packages and build custom applications, creating the foundation for rapid and cost-effective implementation of systems that maximize value from day one.

Our development teams are small, flexible and employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our consultants with the solutions they need.

We combine the latest open source technologies together with traditional Enterprise software products.

The Role :

We create both rapid prototypes, usually in 2 to 3 weeks, as well as full-scale applications typically within 2 to 3 months, by working collaboratively and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully functioning web-based and mobile applications that meet business goals.

Our Front-End Developers contribute to the architecture across the technology stack, from database to native apps.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive, performant UI applications using React/Next.js.

- Implement reusable components and state management using modern frameworks.

- Integrate frontend with backend RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Ensure UI/UX consistency in collaboration with design teams.

Backend Development (.NET Core & Python) :

- Design, build, and maintain backend services using .NET Core.

- Implement efficient data access layers with Dapper.

- Develop data processing pipelines and orientation services in Python (Pandas).

- Optimize API performance and scalability to support high-volume transactions.

Agentic & Automation Systems :

- Build and integrate agentic workflows to automate backend and data tasks.

- Design modular agentic components for monitoring, self-correction, and task delegation.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to incorporate LLM-based decisioning into services.

- Ensure agentic systems follow robust guardrails, observability, and failover logic.

System Design & Architecture :

- Contribute to architecture of full-stack applications and distributed systems.

- Design scalable microservices and event-driven components.

- Ensure architecture aligns with business requirements and modern engineering standards.

Code Quality & Best Practices :

- Write clean, testable, well-documented code across the stack.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Implement automated testing for UI, backend APIs, and data pipelines.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teamsfrontend, backend, AI/ML, product, and DevOps.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal engineering best practices.

- Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance :

- Diagnose and resolve frontend, backend, and data-processing issues.

- Monitor system health, performance, and agentic workflows.

- Ensure high availability, stability, and security of applications.

The ideal candidate will have 67 years of experience across backend and frontend development, with strong expertise in .NET Core, Dapper, Python (Pandas), and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js).

The role requires designing scalable full-stack solutions, building intelligent and automated agentic workflows, and contributing to a robust engineering culture.

You will work across the entire product lifecyclefrom system design to deploymentwhile integrating AI-driven automation into existing systems.

Technical Expertise :

Frontend :

- Strong proficiency in React/Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

- Experience integrating frontend with backend microservices.

Backend :

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and microservices.

- Proficiency with Dapper for ORM and efficient DB access.

- Solid Python skills, especially for data processing using Pandas.

Agentic Systems :

- Experience building or integrating AI/agentic workflows, automation services, or LLM-powered systems.

- Understanding of task orchestration, multi-agent patterns, and guardrail design.

Database Skills :

- Strong knowledge of relational databases : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.

- Skilled at writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.

System Design :

- Deep understanding of design patterns, scalable architectures, and distributed systems.

- Experience with microservices, event-driven design, or serverless architectures is a plus.

Testing & Debugging :

Experience With :

- Unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, Jest).

- Integration & end-to-end testing.

- Debugging across full stack.

Tools & Platforms :

- Git and modern version control practices.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Experience with cloud environments : AWS, Azure, or GCP.
