About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead feature development and bug fixes.

- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native (100%).

- Design, implement, and optimize backend services using Spring.

- Ensure smooth CI/CD processes via GitLab pipelines.

- Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.

- Handle production deployments, monitoring, and debugging for reliability and performance.

- Work closely with Product and Project Managers to deliver roadmap items for multiple products.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of progressive professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, specializing in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications across web and mobile platforms.

- Proven expertise in React Native with hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile applications from the ground up, ensuring consistent performance, responsive UI, and seamless user experience across iOS and Android.

- Strong backend development background with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate), including experience in building RESTful APIs, integrating microservices, and optimizing backend performance for high-traffic environments.

- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, with the ability to automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of features and bug fixes.

- Proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch) combined with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning, managing, and monitoring cloud infrastructure in a secure and cost-efficient manner.

- Adept at debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues spanning frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure layers, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining system reliability in production environments.

- Known for a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while balancing business and technical requirements.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional Agile teams alongside Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver roadmap objectives successfully.
