Job Opening : Senior MERN Stack Developer (4+ years) - Indore (Onsite Only)

Infowind Technologies is on the lookout for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can architect, build, and optimize scalable web applications.

Note : Applications with less than 4 years of hands-on experience will not be considered. Candidates must be ready for onsite work in Indore and have a notice period of 30 days or less.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, code, test, and deploy robust applications using the MERN ecosystem (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Implement and maintain microservices, modular, and monolithic architectures as per project needs.

- Develop highly interactive frontends with Next.js, React, Redux Toolkit (RTK), and modern UI frameworks (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra).

- Create and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) ensuring performance, optimization, and scalability.

- Integrate secure authentication & authorization using JWT, OAuth, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Build and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging AWS/Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized deployments.

- Implement real-time communication with WebSockets, Firebase, or push notifications (FCM).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub and Jira for efficient project tracking.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.

What We're Looking For :

- Minimum 4 years of professional MERN stack development experience.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript & TypeScript.

- Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS for backend development.

- Skilled in React.js, Next.js, and Redux Toolkit (RTK) for frontend solutions.

- Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD automation, and Docker deployments.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in agile environments
