Job Description

We are currently supporting our Banking Product client in their search for a Senior Full-Stack Java + ReactJS Engineer with mandatory expertise in BFSI. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, requiring an immediate joiner or a candidate with a notice period of no more than 30 days

Job Description :

- 4-8 years Full-Stack Development using Java + Spring Boot + ReactJS on enterprise web applications.

- ReactJS Expertise (2+ years recent) : UI screens/dashboards, reusable components, hooks, Redux/RTK/Context, responsive UI (must be hands-on).

- Java Backend Experience (3+ years) : Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, authentication, caching, error handling, performance optimisation & multi-threading basics.

- End-to-End Delivery : Built new features/modules from requirements - design - coding - deployment - production. Not support-only roles.

- Database Skills : SQL queries, data modelling, joins/indexing, troubleshooting (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).

- Microservices Exposure : Distributed services, DTOs, service communication patterns, API contracts.

- Integration : Strong UI - API integration + JWT/OAuth2 based security exposure.

- Good to Have : Git/CI-CD, Docker/K8s, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kafka/RabbitMQ.

- Agile Experience : Sprints, estimation, code reviews, testing, collaboration with Product/QA/UI teams.

- Quality Mindset : Unit testing (JUnit/Mockito), clean coding, SOLID/DRY principles.

- Bonus : Mentoring juniors / ownership mindset / client interaction confidence.

Must -Have- Skills : Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS , Microservices, API Integration ,MySQL/PostGres/Oracle

Academic : Post Graduate /Graduate in Engineering /Technology
