Job Description : Fullstack Engineer (Java & React)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in software development, with a proven and hands-on track record of at least 3 years building modern user interfaces with React. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end features for our flagship products, leveraging your deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications.

- Frontend : Build reusable, clean, and efficient UI components and features using React.js and related ecosystems (Redux, Webpack, etc.).

- Backend : Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and services using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Implement best practices for code quality, testing (unit, integration), and system reliability.

- Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS.

- Implement and manage CI/CD processes to ensure smooth and automated deployments.

- Write scripts and utilities for automation and data processing tasks using Python.

- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications & Skills :

Mandatory :

- A minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience.

Primary Skills :

- Backend : Strong expertise in Java 8/11+, with deep hands-on experience in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA).

- Frontend : 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles (Hooks, Functional Components, Context API). Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient SQL.

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.

- Proficiency with code versioning tools, specifically Git.

Secondary / Highly Desired :

- Proven experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM).

- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).

- Scripting skills in Python for automation, scripting, and building utilities.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
